Cathance Shores, LLC is dedicated to the development of lakeshore property on Cathance Lake in Down East Maine with an emphasis on environmental protection and preservation of privacy. Using 1,000 acres with 3.5 miles of shoreline, 21 lakefront lots on 90 acres were designed that utilized only half of the available shoreline. The majority of the woodland will remain as productive Maine woodlands. On the east Cathance Shores is protected by State of Maine forests and Atlantic Salmon Commission lands.
